Utilising the existing Department for Children, Schools and Families spreadsheets which handle the mathematics related to arriving at the capacity of a school from defined spatial information P2.net will automatically export all of the key room information at the push of a button. All data related to the building is exported including type, designation and size. P2.net Sufficiency produces a comprehensive extensive analysis of data and uses RAG reporting to score and rank sites and buildings.

The web based Asbestos Audit Management Module records the presence of asbestos material, identifying the risks to the building users. The Module: Recognises the present codes of practice and British Standards e.g. HSG227, MDHS100. The module produces a comprehensive risk matrix across the Property Portfolio including extensive analysis. Clients are able to track samples and asbestos removal and allow users to identify asbestos locations for inclusion in a project for the safe and controlled removal of hazardous material. In addition Concerto has a great deal of experience of importing data from external contractors own systems.

The web based Access Audit Module has been developed to the latest guidelines. The software has been designed for use on the P2 onsite.net data collection system, and allows Auditors to follow the recommended approach to Auditing, recording deficiencies and noting locations, priorities, category of work required and cost together with any comments. Data is readily transferred into the p2.net Disability Access Module from the hand held device. In addition Concerto has a great deal of experience of importing data from external contractors own systems.

The web based P2 .net Legionella module has been developed to allow Building and Property Managers to record items where there is the potential of a risk to a wide range of water bacteria. Items such as cold water storage tanks, taps or showers can be recorded at room or external block level and then details of the management of potential risks associated with these items can be logged. The module allows details of water samples taken and the results of the laboratory analysis of samples The module will also monitor the regular Management events and schedules such as temperature checks, historical records of other ad-hoc events where required.

The web based P2.net Equipment Register provides a comprehensive view of all mechanical and electrical equipment on site. The module contains all details about the equipment including serial numbers, manufacturer, and age and warranty information. All servicing details are held with dates for scheduled servicing being recorded. A comprehensive on-line calendar allows views from all automatically generated aspects of the equipment register function. A comprehensive facility for recording previous visits and services and in addition all service contracts complete with contractor details can be held.

The web based P2.net Fire Risk module allows Auditors to follow the recommended approach to Auditing, recording deficiencies and noting locations, priorities, category of work required and cost together with any comments. The key data can be easily interrogated to produce a wide variety of reports and can include digital photographs linked to the software. In addition the module records where future action is required The data can be edited and updated as works are completed giving accurate information on the building stock and can be included if required in the P2.net Property passport
