We are pleased to welcome two new clients, Lincoln City and Gateshead Councils
31st March 2009
Lincoln City and Gateshead Councils have both decided to implement P2.net to enhance their asset management function.

Both organisations trawled the market, dismissing other solutions before plumbing for P2.net.

They chose the P2.net suite following attendance of several workshops and site visits, which clearly demonstrated our software's intuitive interface and innovative approach. Of particular importance was the future potential of P2 to provide and integrate additional core operational functions, particularly with respect to project management.

Kevan Davey said "We are delighted that the two organisations are working with us. They both recognise the flexibility of the p2 web interface and the importance of using new technology to deliver the required outcomes"

Belfast City Council select P2 for capital works project management
2nd February 2009
BCC has selected P2.net to automate and facilitate control of their capital works programme, with an emphasis on the Royal Institute of British Architects' work stages and the Chartered Institute of Building methodology.

P2 replaces their current paper based management and control system. It is expected this will result in efficiency and cost savings in the future.

The Council's Capital Project Management Unit is responsible for the delivery of capital (mainly construction) projects and the monitoring of expenditure and anticipated final costs, including the processing of payments to contractors and consultants.

The unit co-ordinates project delivery using multi disciplined design teams of architects, quantity surveyors, structural engineers, M&E engineers and back office staff. The feature set P2 provides potentially enables these different team members to always be in touch with the progress and status of their projects, no matter where they may be in the world.

Their core requirement is for payments to parties associated with a project to be displayed in a clear and concise way. P2 with its strong collaborative tools enables teams to highlight areas needing corrective action quickly and easily.

NPS Property Consultants roll out P2.net across the organisation
5th June 2008
NPS Property Consultants Ltd. selected the web based P2.net software suite for its flexibility and ease of use and have been impressed with the speed of roll out this has facilitated.

Our P2.net Asset Management solution is now live and NPS have turned their attention to rolling out additional software across the company. As part of their strategy to make Concerto a key solution provider they are in the process of implementing our software modules across the UK; including additional web based Asset Management solutions, Helpdesk facilities and the P2.net projects module.

Currently, Concerto Support has implemented the P2.net Help Desk at the Hampton Court office and is extending this into the Norfolk HQ, NPS London and NPS Woodbridge. Alongside this NPS is utilising P2.net AMP on behalf of Suffolk Coastal Council. In tandem there is an ongoing programme to implement the P2.net Projects system across the whole NPS organisation. The strength of P2.net is that all this is achievable with one centralised solution - reducing costs, improving efficiencies and streamlining processes and management throughout.

NPS Property Consultants made a strategic decision in 2006 to replace the Tribal Evolution and Estateman software solution it had been running since 1998. The Management's vision was to introduce robust, well integrated systems that allow staff to enter information once and have it centrally available to all personnel regardless of geographic or organisational location and without the need to deploy costly remoting solutions or desktop software. This is now being delivered uniquely by P2.net.

NPS Property Consultant's management are confident that they are in good hands with Concerto Support Services. Peter Kean-Cockburn says: "Our relationship with Concerto is excellent, and we have found their people to be very helpful throughout the exercise." He added "the efficiencies gained from consolidation and better management of assets will be significant."

Kevan Davey, Director of Concerto said "We are pleased at how NPS are using P2.net to its full extent. Concerto Support Services has formed a very close relationship with NPS and we look forward to providing additional high quality solutions to support the NPS portfolio as it grows throughout the UK."

Concerto Support is delighted to announce that Halton Borough Council have taken the decision to implement the Concerto P2.net Property Transaction Solution to manage the council’s on-going interests as part of the development of the Mersey Gateway Project. The new route will be to the east of the Silver Jubilee Bridge.

The web based solution will allow the authority to track the progress of all the legal steps where property, business and residents are affected by the proposed new route. Halton will also use the system to track all communications with interested parties to ensure that a full picture of the views and comments is understood. All communications will be logged as the project develops and decisions are made regarding the exact route.
